Online art therapy sessions
All art therapy sessions are non-refundable, whether you attended the session or missed it, and regardless of client satisfaction.

As with any treatment, payment is based on the therapist's time and expertise. No refunds will be given for any reason after booking a treatment, except in the following cases:

• If the therapist cancels the session for any reason, the patient will be given the option to receive a full refund or schedule a new appointment at no additional cost.

• If it is necessary to change the appointment time with at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled late or missed by the patient will be charged in full.
